PESIAR
PESIAR (Perjalanan Sapa Mitra Amartha) is a program from A-Team to visit Amartha Field Office and Amartha's Mitra
This program enables employees to independently go through a journey of understanding Amartha’s root business processes by closely interacting with the FO Team and Mitras. Additionally, this program allows employees to build and/or gain heartfelt and insightful experiences by witnessing the impact Amartha has made on women entrepreneurs, which can help them find their sense of meaning in working at Amartha.
